The weekly cost of a suite ranges from $230 to $369 per week depending on your room size.
What does rent include?
All suites are furnished and include: Sink/private shampoo station, ergonomic electric treatment bed/premium salon chair, rolling worktray, dimmable neutral lighting and color schemes, ample, modular storage and oversized mirror.
How long are your agreements?
All standard agreements are for a 12-month term.
Can I share a suite with another pro?
Yes. Suite sharing is permitted, though an additional monthly surcharge applies to accommodate the increased utilization of shared amenities.
Can I retail my own products?
Yes. You can retail your own products directly from your suite and retain 100% of your revenues.
